Our CAFM system is designed to help SBT and, our customers effectively manage their facilities and assets. It is a key tool in coordinating our teams and workloads whilst maintaining compliance and performance levels.
Where data was traditionally captured on spreadsheets it provides little consistency in data capture and reporting, whereas our CAFM system will accurately capture, monitor, and report on your assets and services.
Comprehensive reporting using real-time data allows more timely and informed decision making. As a Smart Build Tech customer, you will have full access to our system from any device with an internet connection.
There is a continuous (real-time) flow of accurate data to CAFM from our helpdesk and engineering teams in the field. Access therefore provides you with a 360° view of your facilities, assets, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules, reactive maintenance (SR’s), SLA prioritisation and performance against KPI’s.
